Based on the abundant experience obtained through transactions with more
than 7,500 clients in Japan, we, Broadlink Co., Ltd., have begun to expand its
activity overseas in order to link the mission broadly to the World originated
from Japan.
Creditability as No.1 priority
Our company has been acknowledged as an advanced enterprise by Reuse and Recycle of IT
Equipment Association (RITEA) who at the same time appointed our company as a member of
board director of RITEA. Under such qualification, we have supplied furbished IT equipment
overseas safely based on each country’s governing rules and regulations.
Handling Items of Refurbish
- In addition to main item of Reuse Personal Computer, various reuse items have been under lineup such as Smart Phone, Home Electric Appliance and so on. We are trying to do our best for these reuse products widely acceptable by foreign clients’ needs.
Our Operation Process
- In order to response to various needs of foreign clients including wholesaler and retailer, we are prepared to execute necessary operations at our own exclusive facilities such as complete erasing of remaining data from IT Equipment at “Technical Center” and pre-install of OS (i.e. Microsoft), expansion of memory and/or repair at “Kitting ＆ Repair Center”.
Sales Team
- Sales experts who are well acquainted with every country’s market will attend each customer carefully in accordance with the manner of each country’s surrounding. Such our staffs can manage foreign language such as English, Chinese, Mongolian, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese as well. Furthermore, we have established overseas office stationed by our own staffs in USA (Los Angeles and Atlanta), Philippine (Manila) and Tanzania (Dar es Salaam) which have been able to cover respective areas in the field of marketing, sales and customer services.

Broadlink Co., Ltd. has commenced reuse and refurbish business in USA since 2012. Through our subsidiary company named “BROADLINK FDS, INC.” established in Los Angeles and Atlanta, we are operating refurbish business of TV and reuse business of PC, both for purchasing and selling.
As to refurbish business of TV, Japanese branded high quality TV after appropriate refurbish operation, have been sold to not only domestic customer in USA, but also exported to South East Asia, Africa and other countries as well. Based on our accurate refurbishing technology and rapid logistic system, we are able to deliver refurbished TV as Like-Brand-New item to every customer. Regarding Reuse PC business, based on our plentiful know-how of technology stored in Japan, we are ready to accept various needs of clients.
